Was ziemlich doof ist, weil mein Hausarzt heute und morgen Urlaub hat, wie ich dann vorhin an der verschlossenen T\u00fcr lesen durfte. Also Montag ganz fr\u00fch vor meiner Physio hin fahren und es holen. Derweil \u00fcbe ich zu Hause. Spaziergang geht schon ein wenig besser (bis zur alten Polizei und zur\u00fcck), auf dem Crosstrainer schaffe ich fast 4 Minuten am St\u00fcck, Pause auf der Treppe brauche ich keine mehr (bin aber auch nicht die Schnellste auf dem Weg nach oben).
