Bestand der Orthop\u00e4de heute darauf, mir unbedingt ein Rezept zu geben. Mir h\u00e4tte auch ein Zettel mit Anweisungen f\u00fcr meine Physio gereicht. Nun gut, mein jetziges Rezept ist eh fast voll, dann mach ich erst mit dem Rezept vom Orthop\u00e4den weiter. Aber die Hauptsache: meine H\u00fcfte ist ok. Wie meine Physio und ich fast vermutet haben, ist es tats\u00e4chlich \u2013 durch die Spastik ausgel\u00f6st \u2013 der Piriformismuskel, der mich \u00e4rgert.
