Gestern mit Swob und Irene gefr\u00fchst\u00fcckt, aufger\u00e4umt und sind dann mit den beiden noch nach Sillenstede, bevor sie wieder nach Hause mussten.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Heute sind wir dann mit Oma und Opa in den Jaderpark gefahren und hinterher hab ich \u2013 trotz Schmerzattacke \u2013 Essen gekocht f\u00fcr alle.
