Ich musste heute morgen nach Varel zur Blutabnahme und habe auf dem R\u00fcckweg einen Abstecher zu Bahlsen und zur Arbeit gemacht. So schaut mein Fu\u00df nicht nach Belastung, sondern auch morgens nach dem Aufstehen schon aus. Der Innenkn\u00f6chel schmerzt so stark, das Voltaren wieder mein bester Freund geworden ist. K\u00fchlen tue ich wie bl\u00f6de, hochlegen auch bei jeder Gelegenheit, Quarkwickel wollte ich morgen mal meine Physio fragen (ob die eine gute Idee w\u00e4ren).
